High Speed Video Bubbles Popping

High Speed Video Bubbles Popping

“Set up and Shooting with a Phantom Miro Ex2 of bubbles being popped. Footage demonstrates ability to control & collect footage for studying movement purposes.”

The goals of this project were to research and test high speed video of bubbles popping.
The process of getting this footage was first testing lighting shooting bubbles with the Phantom Miro Ex2 high speed camera. The first step was to surround the bubbles with white poster board to reflect light. A filter was used to soften any direct light into the shot. The bubble size was made to be large and blown by an assistant, while being popped immediately after by another assistant.
